It wasn’t that long ago I wasn’t a fan of anything mushroom. Couple of years tops I think. I found out it was because my only exposure to mushrooms was as a kid when we would get a pizza with mushrooms on it, and they would be those cheap nasty canned mushrooms. One of the first recipes I tried that got me to realize that it wasn’t the mushroom itself I had an issue with was an awesome stuffed mushroom recipe, That opened up this whole new world of mushrooms for me lol. Fast forward to me playing with what can I stuff a mushroom with and my love for making cheeseburgers into awesome little dishes and you get today’s video Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms!! This is great little appetizer or finger food at a get together, the BBQ I took them to after filming this they didn’t last 20 minutes. So go ahead and indulge and make these awesome little bad boys!
Do you have an awesome appetizer I need to try? Hit me up and let me know what it is!
