So I decided to head over to one of my friends restaurants. He has three awesome BBQ places here in Illinois, seriously look them up South Moon BBQ.. they are so freaking good. Anyway getting off track, I called Harlan and got myself a couple pounds of his great BBQ Brisket, because boy do I have a cool weekend of brisket recipes coming up this weekend. the first one is this BBQ Brisket Pizza. Seriously you read that right. It is so much better tasting then you could possibly even imagine! This is one of those over the top pizzas that everyone will go crazy for. Go ahead give this one a shot!

BBQ Brisket Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Cornmeal
- 1 Pizza Crust Store bought
- 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 Red Onion Chopped
- 2 Medium tomatoes Chopped
- 2 Jalapenos Seeded and Chopped
- 1 Cup BBQ Brisket Shredded
- Cilantro chopped
- Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Sprinkle Pizza stone or baking sheet with corn meal, shape pizza crust to the stone.
- Evenly coat the dough with BBQ Sauce and cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is to your liking and cheese is nice and melted.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle a little ranch on top.
