With Thanksgiving right around the corner I wanted to start putting out some classic holiday recipes. That said I went with a Classic Broccoli Cheese Casserole. This is one I remember my Nana putting out every Thanksgiving, and one of the few Broccoli dishes I would eat as a kid. As I started taking over the Thanksgiving cooking for our family get togethers, I started to delve into some of Nana’s classics. Now while this isn’t her recipe (well it may be lol I don’t know what her exact recipe was.) This is one I ended up using and tweaking. I love this one because I am usually running around so much with so many things going and this is such a low maintenance recipe it makes the whole day just a little bit easier. So go ahead and give this one a shot I know your family will like it, and Happy Thanksgiving guys! Enjoy!
