Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! On this special day I am doing one more Do It For Her #DIFH recipe for this year. Then I will put these away until next year when I will bust out a couple more.. can you hold on that long lol. Anyway lol this Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie is so freaking good! It is a simple and quick recipe I know will be a total hit. Not to mention that you probably have most of the ingredients in your kitchen if you do any kind of baking. I think I have about 90% of it sitting in my kitchen at any given time. Then OMG I topped it with some Cookie Dough Ice Cream, or a great Vanilla Ice Cream and wow! So go ahead make this one, grab a couple of spoons and enjoy a nice little dessert for two tonight!
