Reuben Stromboli

What’s up guys? We are rolling towards March, you know what that means? St. Patrick’s Day! There are so many cool little fun recipe that you can make for little St. Patty get togethers that just work all year round lol. This Reuben Stromboli Recipe is exactly one of those. This is a cool little easy to make recipe that has a killer flavor that you guys will totally love. I have made this one a few times and always have people totally just chowing down on it! So whether you have a get together or just want something a little different fun and easy for dinner tonight this one is perfect for you guys and your family and friends!

Reuben Stromboli Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion Diced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb. Sliced Corned Beef
  • 8 oz. Swiss Cheese Sliced
  • 1-1/2 Cups Sauerkraut Drained

Instructions
 

  • In Medium bowl mix together Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Onion, Relish and Worcestershire Sauce and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 375° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Open the can of pizza dough and stretch it thin and even on the parchment.
  • Spread the dressing on the dough leaving about a 1-inch border around the edge. Top with the corned beef, then cheese, then sauerkraut. It’s very important that the sauerkraut be very well drained. Pressing it in a fine mesh strainer or even running it through a salad spinner is a great idea! Too much moisture and your crust will be soggy.
  • Starting on one side, carefully roll the dough. Slide to the middle of a baking sheet so that the seam is on the bottom. Stretch and tuck the ends under the stromboli. Cut several diagonal slits into the crust.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve warm with extra dressing for dipping.
