Deep Fried Deviled Eggs

Guys it’s almost Easter! That means it’s time to start putting together that final menu. You know when you put it together too you will have Deviled Eggs on that list. I say if you’re going to make some Deviled Eggs why do them just plain Jane like every year? Why not take them to the next level and really wow your guests? I give to you Deep Fried Deviled Eggs, because you know deep frying something makes it better LMAO! Seriously though you guys will love this. It is a little more work than a normal Deviled Egg but it is so worth it in the end. Anyway guys I hope you have an awesome Easter. I know you will have lots of great food! Deep Fried Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Panko
  • 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Relish
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce (Optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan or fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Cut hard boiled eggs in half. Carefully scoop out the egg yolk and place in a medium bowl.
  • Coat cooked egg whites in flour, egg wash and panko. Place eggs in heated oil and allow to fry for 2-3 minutes until they are a golden brown
  • In the medium bowl with the egg yolks add mayonnaise, relish mustard, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Whip together until smooth.
  • Either spoon or pipe yolk mixture in the fried egg white sprinkle with paprika and serve!
