Happy Monday! I know it’s time for that back to work grind which isn’t too happy BUT it also means time for another recipe! Today I am making a Philly Cheese Steak Pull Apart Bread! If you guys follow me you know I have a love for everything Philly Cheese Steak. So I will always put out some really cool ideas involving it. Now I have been asked.. Why Steak-Umms instead of well real steak!? Early on I had argued with my with that we can ONLY use real steak on Philly Cheese Steak recipes. That is until one of the people watching one of my Philly Cheese Steak recipes said “Hey Rican, you know here in Philly we just use Steak-Umms right?” So I took the hint and adjusted my recipes. Who am i to argue with a native! So back to today’s recipe on hand lol. This is a pretty simple yet cool variation on that ever loved Philly Cheese Steak that I know everyone is going to go crazy for. I ended up over eating it and killed almost the whole thing on my own. So go ahead guys give this one a try I know you will love it and add it into your regular rotation of get together foods!

Philly Cheese Steak Pull Apart Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 2 Green Peppers Chopped
- 1 lb. Steak-Umms
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. Provolone Cheese Sliced
- 14 oz. Large Biscuits
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×5 pan with parchment paper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onions and sprinkle with sugar on top, stir and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in bell peppers and cook until tender . Remove from pan and set aside Add in remaining tablespoon of butter and olive oil. Stir Steak-Umms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in cream cheese and remove from heat.
- Divide biscuits and fillet each one in half. Turn pan on its side so that it sits up vertically. Place one biscuit slice down and layer with Philly cheese steak mixture and cheese. Continue to layer until all components are used and pan is filled. Bake at 375 degrees F until center is cooked, about 40-45 minutes. If top starts to brown too quickly, cover with foil
