Hey everyone! Happy 4th of July! If you missed it last night on Twitch we did some Bacon Cheeseburger Tacos in celebration of today lol, but anyway. On to today’s recipe. I figure everyone will be out grilling today so let’s bump up this week’s burger recipe and throw it out there today lol. Perfect right? So I am doing a Coffee Rubbed Burger, with an AWESOME Homemade Dr. Pepper based BBQ sauce! I love experimenting with BBQ sauces so it was fun making one with Dr. Pepper as the sugar in it rather than the usual brown sugar (well there is some brown sugar still lol.) The coffee rub has a cool fine little flavor with a nice bite that is off set by the sweet BBQ sauce I think you guys will totally love this one so go ahead and give it a try!

Instructions
- Combine coffee rub seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with a fork. Set aside.

- Heat a large skillet, add a small pat of butter and toast the buns. Remove from pan to cool.
- Add 1 Tbsp butter to skillet and add burgers. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until burger is cooked to desired doneness.
