Happy Saturday everyone! As usual that means another cool French Toast recipe. I will tell you I have a ton of fun with these. Seeing what we can find or what we can come up with. This week we are making a cool Blueberry Stuffed French Toast. This is one of the ones we came up with for my daughter since she loves Blueberries so much lol. These are a really simple and good fruit based French Toast that I know you guys will fall in love with once you try them. When you do, make sure you take a pic and post them to my Facebook page!

Blueberry Stuffed French Toast Recipe
Ingredients
French Toast:
- 6 Texas Toast Slices
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla Creamer
- Blueberry Preserves
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Creamer
Instructions
- In shallow dish whisk together egg and creamer.
- In a separate bowl beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and creamer until blended completely,
- Spread cream cheese mix on one slice of bread and blueberry preserves on another, close to make a sandwich.
- Dip sandwiches in the egg mixture, about 10 seconds on each side.
- In heated pan cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
