Skillet Bread with Spinach Artichoke Dip

Well guys it looks like people will have to stay home soon, well at least for the next two weeks my kids will be home. So this means there will be a lot of time to sit in the kitchen and cook some cool recipes lol. I originally was going to tell you guys to make this one for a get together lol but well now you can just make some cool food for the family. This is an easy Skillet Bread with Spinach Artichoke Dip! Seriously fresh bread and an awesome dip all rolled into a single recipe? I mean who doesn’t love fresh dinner rolls lol. Guys for real this is a great recipe you need to try and in a couple weeks you can make it for a get together and share with all of your friends. Skillet Bread with Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Total Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 14 Frozen Dinner Rolls Thawed
  • 2 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 14 oz. Can Artichoke Hearts Drained and Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Stick Butter melted
  • 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Coat a cast iron skillet with a non-stick spray. Lay your dinner rolls in a circle around the outer edge of the skillet, and place bowl in the center. Cover with plastic wrap, and set aside for about an hour or until the rolls double in size.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350˚.
  • In a pan/skillet heat a couple of Tablespoons of olive oil. Add in spinach and artichoke heats, cooking until spinach is wilted. Add in sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder, mozzarella and half of parmesan cheese. constantly stirring until cheese melts, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove the bowl from the center of your rolls and spoon dip into the center of the pan. Mix red pepper flakes into melted butter and brush across the top of the buns. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over everything and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the rolls are a golden brown.
