Hey guys, hopefully you had a good weekend, and a great Mother’s day! Well today I decided to make a dinner recipe that is a combination of two great meals you all love. Lasagna and Buffalo Chicken! Yup this Buffalo Chicken Lasagna simply kills it. It is super simple to make and it will WOW anyone you serve it to. So instead of just making the same old same old every night of the week let’s change it up a little bit and give this one a try. Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 Lasagna Noodles Oven Ready
- 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz. Blue Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Parsley
- 2 Cup Chicken Cooked and Shredded
- 3/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 3/4 Ranch Dressing
- 1 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
- 4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375˚.
- In a medium bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, blue cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. In a second bowl combine chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and diced tomatoes.
- Spread about 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the bottom of your baking dish. Top with a layer of noodles, then 1/4 of the chicken mixture, 1/3 of the cheese mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella. Then repeat until you have used all the ingredients, having 3 layers of noodles.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes, uncover and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
