Buffalo Chicken Frito Casserole

Hey guys, hopefully everyone had a great weekend! The weather was great here so I was able to get out a little bit. Anyway I know you don’t care how my weekend was you care about food lol. Today I am making another cool and easy dinner for you. We are making a Buffalo Chicken Frito Casserole! This is a cool and simple comfort food type dinner. Go ahead and make this one, I know you will totally fall in love with the simplicity of this one. How to make a Buffalo Chicken Frito Casserole

Total Time 30 minutes
Course Dinner, Main Course
Cuisine American
Servings 8 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Celery
  • Green Onions
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Fritos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
  • In a large bowl mix together the chicken, Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Stir until chicken is coated, then add celery, 1/2 cup of green onions and 1/2 Cup of each cheese. Stir until combined.
  • Place the mixture into a prepared 9×13 baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the Fritos, remaining cheese, and green onions.
  • Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
