Simple Sausage Potato Beer Skewers
Ingredients
- 12 Mini Potatoes
- 12 oz. Kielbasa Sausage
- 1 Cup Dark Beer
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Slice halfway through the potatoes like you would for a Hasselback potato. Slice sausage into about 1" chunks. Alternate putting the potatoes and sausage onto the skewers.
- Whisk together honey, beer, salt, and pepper. Place skewers in a bowl and pour half of the sauce over them. Allow to rest for about 15 to 30 minutes.
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Place skewers onto the grill basting them with the beer sauce. Until they are fully cooked.
- Serve with stone-ground mustard.
