Hey guys, I spent 10 hours yesterday driving for a college visit for my son, so I needed a REALLY easy recipe this time. Even though it needed to be easy it still has to taste good. What tastes better than old-school comfort food. Yup, we are making a Simple Chicken Noodle Casserole! Come who doesn’t love simple and tasty comfort food in the fall? Super Simple Chicken Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Egg Noodles Cooked and Drained
- 2 Cups Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Cups chicken Cooked and Drained
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Onion Diced
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas & Carrots
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F, prepare a 9×13" baking dish.
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, and serve warm.
