Buffalo Potato Skins

Time for potato skins with a slight twist to them. We have a few different potato skin recipes we enjoy in our house, but I think this is my wife’s favorite, well anything Buffalo is lol. So Buffalo Potato Skins was an easy win to try for us knowing they would be loved.

Buffalo Potato Skins Recipe

Total Time 1 hour

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots Chopped
  • 2 Celery Stalks Chopped
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes for about 45 minutes.
  • Preheat your oil to 375 degrees, allow potatoes to cool for about 5 minutes. Slice the potatoes in half and core them.
  • Fry the potatoes for a couple of minutes each. Until they are crispy and a golden brown.
  • Allow to cool then coat each skin with Blue Cheese dressing, Frank’s Red Hot buffalo sauce then sprinkle with carrots and celery.
