I filmed this one on Father’s Day, so I went with one of my personal favorites… RICE PUDDING MUG CAKE!!! lol So here it is a super simple mug cake recipe. =)
Rice Pudding Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Larger Egg
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
Instructions
- n medium bowl, whisk together egg and sugar with a fork. Stir in the milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Add raisins and rice and stir them well so they are completely coated with the custard.
- Divide the mixture between two large mugs. Microwave separately for 1-1/2 to 1-2/2 minutes each until the custard is absorbed and pudding is firm.
