Simple Goat Cheese Quiche

My wife is a huge fan of Brunch type foods. So I get to experiment and play with them a lot. This is one of our variations on basic quiche that we love in our house. This Goat Cheese Quiche with it’s winter greens has a great little pop to it, and it is something that anyone you make it for probably hasn’t had or been done to death so I figured I would make it and let you guys try one of our favorites.

There are so many great variations on a quiche. What is your favorite way to make it? What is that one ingredient that you think puts a quiche over the edge? Simple Goat Cheese Quiche Recipe

Total Time 35 minutes
Servings 5 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves Finely Diced
  • 1 5 oz. Package of Winter Greens mine was Kale and Spinach
  • Salt
  • 1 Frozen Puff Pastry Thawed
  • 5 oz. Goat Cheese Crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • Black Pepper
