I am doing another healthy dinner. I figure it is the beginning of the year and everyone has resolutions they want to keep right?This time I am doing a Fish Taco. I know that doesn’t sound like a WOW of a recipe but the fish is seasoned just right in this one. On top of that this recipe has a real Wow factor to it. The Chipotle Lime Crema is freaking amazing! Yea now I caught your attention lol. So go ahead give this one a try. Eat a little healthier with out having to worry about flavor =)

Fish Taco w/ Chipotle Lime Crema Recipe
Ingredients
Fish tacos
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 lbs. White Fish I used Cod
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- Tortillas
Chipotle Lime Crema
- 1/2 Cup Plain greek Yogurt
- 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- Salt
