So Thanksgiving is over, you have a bunch of turkey lying around and you need some new and creative ways to use it? Well I have one for you guys then. =) This year after Thanksgiving was over I decided to make an great little soup. With some great vegetables, noodles and that left over turkey you can easily whip together this one for a great lunch. The Harvest Turkey Soup will completely wow anyone who tries it!
Then again maybe it isn’t left overs you need to use and you just want an awesome soup.. well this is perfect for that too =)

Harvest Turkey Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Shredded Left Over Turkey
- 9 Carrot Peeled and Cut
- 6 Celery Stalks Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Qt. Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 Garlic Cloves Diced
- 4 oz. White Wine
- 2 Cups of Noodles
