I totally love my egg rolls, heck I love to see what I can turn into an egg roll. What recipes can I take stick them in an egg roll and deep fry them and have them turn into some awesome goodness lol. These Thai Peanut and Chicken Egg Rolls are just that. I took one of my favorite little things to get when I go out and I wrapped it up just for you =) Well ok it’s really for me but it came out so well I had to share it with you guys.
