Bacalaitos are a true Puerto Rican staple. These were something had at family get togethers as an appetizer, and the times we visited the island it self this was one of the most popular road side foods you could get. For those who don’t know what it is that’s ok lol. These are Salted Cod Fritters. Bacalaitos are actually a pretty simple recipe to make. There have been several times I have made these and brought them into work and had them devoured by co-workers. Truth is this is not just a recipe for the Puerto Rican followers out there, it is a recipe for anyone who likes really good food!

Bacalaitos son un verdadero alimento de Puerto Rico. Éstos eran algo tenía en reuniones de la familia como un aperitivo, y las veces que visitamos la isla él mismo esto era uno de los alimentos más populares del lado de camino que usted podría conseguir. Para aquellos que no saben lo que es que está bien lol. Estos son las salchichas fritas de bacalao. Bacalaitos son realmente una receta bastante simple de hacer. Ha habido varias veces que los he hecho y los he traído al trabajo y los he comido devorados por compañeros de trabajo. La verdad es que esto no es sólo una receta para los seguidores puertorriqueños por ahí, es una receta para cualquiera que le guste realmente buena comida!
