It was research time again! I love digging into what I should do for a state burger and this time it was to look in to Nevada! One of the things that I found that I thought would be really cool to play with is Pine Nuts. So I decided to do something with a Pine Nut Pesto in order to create the Nevada Burger. I had a lot of fun with this one and I think it came out freaking great! Go ahead and give this burger a try and tell me how much you love it!
