One of my co-workers wife is from Peru and I would always pester him to get a recipe from her because I wanted to try something. So finally he had come back to me with a recipe for a chicken dinner. So after making it several time I feel comfortable showing you guys how to make this amazing dinner. I give to you Peruvian Roast Chicken & Potatoes. This is an awesome little dinner to make for that cozy night in for two!
