One of the few fish my wife will eat is catfish. It comes from a love of going to certain BBQ places in the Chicago area that serve catfish as part of their regular menu when she was a kid with her father. So one of the few fish I get to play with a lot around the house is catfish. This Crispy Catfish is one of the first catfish recipes I learned so that way I could have fish ( I unlike my wife LOVE fish so personally eat many type lol) and have my wife enjoy the dinner with me. I will say it was and still is a hit with her. If I can win her over with this recipe everyone you make it for will love it.

Crispy Catfish w/ Parsley Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Catfish Fillets
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 3/4 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1/2 lbs. Napa Cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Napa Cabbage
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Cajun Spice
