One of my wife and my favorite ways to prep corn is one of the most famous ways to eat it! Elotes or Mexican Street Corn. I know a lot of people have tried this and love it and just don’t know how to make it. Then there are those who have never tried it… what!? Seriously? How have you made it this long without trying this awesome recipe!? Well either way I present this recipe to you guys knowing it will be a total hit you will totally love.
