It is a little bit chilly out and we are breaking into our weekly soup recipe around the Rican household. This week I wanted to show you guys another one of the loved comfort food soups we make. There is some thing about a nice warm soup mixed with your favorite comfort food flavors that just make them instant classics in any household. My Chicken Enchilada Soup Recipe is the perfect comfort soup to make then get toasty with a warm blanket and watch TV during those chilly fall nights. If that isn’t your style though its ok lol. Put this one out and serve it family style and any guests will kill it. So go ahead this is the perfect all occasion soup everyone loves.
