As it gets cooler out side out tastes tend to change for the flavors we want to try and the types of recipes! In these fall months a lot of us like working with that great pumpkin flavor but we don’t just want to make the same old same old Pumpkin Pie as a dessert to get our fix. So I like to use this flavor as more than just a dessert flavor. Like this Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins, they are a great pumpkin taste that is a great early morning treat that will put a smile on anyone who tries it face. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins Recipes
Ingredients
MUFFINS
- 1-3/4 Cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- Salt
- 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
FILLING
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
