It’s Friday!!! Finally OMG I needed this lol. Since today is Friday we need an awesome little snack that is REALLY freaking easy to make lol. Well, my daughter loves Salt and Vinegar Chips and I love french fries. So why not make some Salt and Vinegar French Fries! Yup this is the perfect salty little side for anything you’re making (burgers right? lol). Guys, you will totally fall in love with this one the second you try them. Even better if you want to oven bake them because you don’t have an air fryer? Boom simple oven bake them lol. Simple Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar French Fries
Ingredients
- 4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 4-1/2 Cups White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Clean the potatoes and cut into about 1/4 inch strips, and place in a large bowl. Using about 4 Cups of vinegar cover the potatoes. Make sure they are completely submerged in the vinegar. Set aside and allow to soak at least 30 minutes.
- Drain vinegar and pat dry all the fries. Drizzle oil over fires and toss to coat. Load fries into the air fryer into single layer batches. Fry at 180˚F for about 18 to 20 minutes, flipping them over half way through.
- Remove from the fryer toss in 1 tsp. of vinegar and salt to taste.
