Time again to visit the 50 States of Burgers! This time I am using Alaska as my inspiration. So I decided to go with a Salmon based burger. We came up with this AWESOME Alaskan Salmon Burger with a Lemon Dill Sauce. I know you guys will dig it so go ahead and check it out.
Now this is my version of the Alaskan burger. If you have a better idea let me know I would love to play with something that better represents the state of Alaska!

Alaskan Salmon Burger Recipe
Ingredients
Salmon Patties
- 1 lbs. Salmon Filet Cut into 1″ Cubes
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 5 Tbsp. Shallots Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Capers
- 2 Tbsp. Dill Chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
Lemon Dill Sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp. Shallots Minced
- 2 tsp. Dill Chopped
- 2 tsp. Basil
