I am a huge fan of bread puddings, there are only a couple of desserts that rank up there with it for me. So I like exploring the different variations of it. This is a nice one for fall as my wife likes to take the kids apple picking. So I took those apples and mixed it with that bread pudding to make an awesome Apple Chocolate Bread Pudding. Apple Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lbs. Sliced Cinnmon-Raisin Bread Cubed
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Apples Peeled and Diced
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips we used Sweet Chocolate as it’s what we prefer
