If you follow me you know I love playing with egg rolls. I like the idea of getting out there and seeing what I can put into an egg roll fry it up and see how it tastes. Well this weeks recipe is one of the big winners in that little experiment. The family had headed out to an orchard not far from us and we went apple picking this lead to the wife and I making an apple pie right as we were talking about what I should do for my next egg roll.. We both looked at each other and were very excited. Well it only took a couple times of making and tweaking it for me to get it to a place that I really … REALLY like. So I present to you my Apple Pie Egg Rolls!
