Course Appetizer, Dinner, Lunch, Main Course
Cuisine American, Asian
Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients

Tenders:

  • 2 lb. Chicken Breast
  • 1-1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Lemon Glaze:

  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan mix together all the ingredients for the lemon glaze, and heat over a medium heat. Once it begins to boil reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Heat your oil to 350˚F.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge the strips through the flour, then dip in milk and again coat in flour. Once the strips are coated add to the heated oil for about 4 minutes. Until golden and chicken is cooked all the way through. Carefully remove from oil and place on a paper towel.
  • Add chicken to a large bowl and toss in your lemon glaze.
