What’s up!? Time for another great Puerto Rican dish.This is another one of my favorite PR dishes… hey it’s a great meat in a fried pastry dough… not sure where flavor wise you can go wrong =) Puerto Rican Pastelillos are something served any where there is Puerto Rican food and restaurants, festivals… ANYWHERE lol. Go ahead and give this one a try I know you guys will love it.

Puerto Rican Pastelillos de Carne/Meat Turn Over Recipe

Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • Picadillo de Carne

  • 3-1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2-1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 3-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg Slightly Beaten
  • 3/4 Cup Water
