Time for another great Puerto Rican dish.This is another one of my favorite PR dishes… hey it’s a great meat in a fried pastry dough… not sure where flavor wise you can go wrong =) Puerto Rican Pastelillos are something served any where there is Puerto Rican food and restaurants, festivals… ANYWHERE lol. Puerto Rican Pastelillos de Carne/Meat Turn Over Recipe
Ingredients
- Picadillo de Carne

- 3-1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2-1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg Slightly Beaten
