Monday again! On top of that, today was the first day of school for both of my kids. Maddie started 6th Grade and Anthony is a Senior! Ugh! Anyway, today I am making a super easy recipe that will next level some of your stuff. We are making some Bacon Cheddar Jalapeño Beer Bread! Yup, we took something as simple as bread and totally took it next level! You know you guys will totally fall in love with this one so go ahead and try it! How to Make Bacon Cheddar Jalapeño Beer Bread
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 6 Bacon Slices Cooked and Crumbled
- 3 Jalapeños Seeded and Diced
- 2-1/4 Cups Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 12 oz. Beer
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large, go until they are just combined. Don't over mix.
- Spoon batter into your loa pan and bake for about 55 to 60 minutes, until it is lightly browned and set. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 20 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
