Bacon Cheeseburger Fried Ravioli

Ok guys I know this one is not healthy in any way shape or form but OMG this is such a good dish. This Bacon Cheeseburger Fried Ravioli Recipe is soooo freaking good seriously. This is one of those I was driving and I thought I want a cheeseburger.. Then I thought nope it’s February in Chicago and I am NOT busting out the grill lol. So I started wondering if there was a Cheeseburger ravioli recipe. The wife asked… umm how are you going to cook them. I said ravioli!! You boil it, she told me Tony that is just gross, if you aren’t going to bread and deep fry them there is no point in even trying them… Have I told you I love my wife lol. Anyway between the two of us combining a couple of my past recipes we came out with this bad boy. So guys go ahead give these a try I know you will totally love them! Bacon Cheeseburger Fried Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 4 Bacon Slices Cooked & Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pckg. Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Bread Crumbs

Instructions
 

  • In pan/skillet heat 1 Tbsp. Olive oil, add ground beef and diced onions to pan. Salt and pepper beef and cook until browned.
  • Add in Worcestershire, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, allow to cook for a couple of minutes. Turn off heat, add in bacon and cheese mix until cheese is melted.
  • Heat oil to 350˚. Place eggs in one shallow bowl and beat, and in place bread crumbs in another bowl.
  • Place about 1 Tbsp. of meat mixture on a wonton wrapper, brush water around the edges and place another wrapper on top. Pinch around the edges to seal.
  • Drag ravioli through the egg wash then dredge in bread crumbs.
  • Fry coated ravioli for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain.
