How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 5 Bacon Slices Cooked and Crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 40 Wonton Wrappers
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- In a pan/skillet break up and brown the ground beef, drain fat and return beef to pan. Add onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil , salt and pepper. Stir in ketchup and dijon mustard until completely combined, cook for another 2 or 3 minutes to allow thicken and remove from heat.
- Place one teaspoon of the beef mixture into the center of 20 of the wonton wrappers. Top with a little bacon, and cheese. Dip a finger into a little bit of water and trace the edge of the wonton wrapper around, press a second wonton wrapper pressing the edges to seal together.
- Lay all the sealed ravioli on a baking sheet, brush a little olive oil over the top of each and sprinkle a little more cheese on top of them. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until they become golden brown and crispy.
