What’s up everyone! It’s Saturday again that means it’s time for another great French Toast of the week! This time around I have a recipe that hits that’s sweet and savory tooth all at the same time. We are making an awesome Bacon Stuffed French Toast recipe! Yup I mean add bacon to anything and it comes out so freaking great! So why not French Toast right? So guys go ahead and give it a try, I know you will love it. When you do make this one make sure to take a picture of it and post it to my Facebook page!

Bacon Stuffed French Toast
Ingredients
- 8 Texas Toast Slices
- 16 Bacon Slices Cooked
- 4 Eggs
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
- In small bowl mix together softened cream cheese and brown sugar.
- Spread mixture on one side of each slice of Texas Toast.
- Place 4 slices of cooked bacon on 4 of the slices of Texas Toast and close with the other four slices. Cream Cheese sides facing in.
- In shallow dish whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Dip outer sides of sandwiches into egg mixture.
- Heat pan/skillet over medium heat and cook each sandwich until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
