Once in a while I get asked for a recipe with a specific ingredient or looking for a certain outcome. That’s what today’s is. I was asked if I could do some more stuff with Blue Cheese… well yes I can lol. My wife LOVES blue cheese so this is always an easy one to make. I am doing some awesome Bacon-Wrapped Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates! These are the PERFECT combination of savory and sweet that goes great as finger food that anyone you will make them for will totally fall in love with them. Bacon Wrapped Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- 8 Bacon Slices Halved
- 16 Medjool Dates Pitted
- 3.5 oz. Blue Cheese Softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- Slit each of the pitted dates open. Stuff each with about 1 tsp. of blue cheese and close the date back up. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon.
- Lay all the wrapped dates on a backing sheet and place in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until the bacon is done the way you like.
