Bacon Potato Wedge Recipe
This is a super fast and super simple recipe that is great for last minute appetizers.
Total Time 40 minutes mins
Ingredients
- 10 Potatoes
- 40 Slices of Bacon
- Salt
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 400 Degrees.
- Boil Potatoes for about 10 minutes, Drain and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Slice the Potatoes in quarters and wrap each wedge in bacon.
- Bake wedges for about 20 minutes (until Bacon is fully cooked) flipping the half way through.
- Salt Wedges, and allow to cool a bit before serving.
