Here is another #DudeFood recipe! This one is personally one of my favorites hands down. Once you make it will be one of your favorites too. These Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños taste great and are pretty easy to make.
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños Recipe
Total Time 1 hour hr
Ingredients
- 20 Jalapeños
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 lb. Sweet Sausage
- 1/2 Cup of Beer
- 1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
- 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar

Instructions
- Pre-Heat Oven to 400 degrees
- Brown your sausage and beef, then drain and return to heat. Add the half cup of beer and taco seasoning, cook off the liquid. Add in the Cheddar and Mac N' Cheese and cook until blended.
- Half and core all the peppers, making sure to remove all the seeds and ribs. Fill each Pepper with a large does or the meat and cheese mixture. Then wrap each pepper in Bacon.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked to your liking.
