So go ahead start here with this basic chili, then start making tweaks to it to create your own great/perfect chili recipe. Let me know what your changes are so I can play with them too!

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Onion Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 2 Red Jalapenos seeded and Diced
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1 Can Chipotle Chili in Adobo Sauce Diced
- 3 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- 2 tsp. Coriander
- 2 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 14 oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes
- 2 15 oz. Cans Kidney Beans do NOT drain
