BBQ Chicken Dip

What’s up every one! You know what time of year it is again? It is Football season! That means it time to have people over and watch the game hang out and just have a good time. That also means it is time to start throwing together some fun and cool little appetizers! Things to put out for the game that are just a little different and really cool. I mean come on any one can rip open a bag of chips and call it a snack right? But that is so boring, if you want people flocking to your place you need to have something that makes them say wow. So here is one of those game time appetizers people will love. A BBQ Chicken Dip, this is a really easy recipe that will have people craving it! So go ahead invite all your friends over, whip this bad boy up and watch your team kill it.

BBQ Chicken Dip Recipe

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1-1/2 Cup Chicken Shredded
  • 1/3 Cup Corn
  • 1/3 Cup Black Beans
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Fresh Cilantro Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, BBQ sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Stir in chicken, corn, black beans, green onions, and half of cheese.
  • Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle top with red onion, cilantro and drizzle with BBQ Sauce.
