Well if you are entertaining this little BBQ Chicken Dip is perfect for you. This is a quick and simple recipe to make, I used a rotisserie chicken to make it even faster. Super Easy BBQ Chicken Dip!!!
Ingredients
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Cup Chicken Cooked & Shredded
- 1/3 Cup Pickled Jalapeño Sliced
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce Divided
- 1.5 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Instructions
- Heat about 1 Tbap. of oil in a skillet over medium heat, add in onion and bell peppers and cook until tender.
- Add in the jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 of the BBQ sauce and, 1/2 cup of the cheese and mix.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish top with remaining cheese and bbq sauce.
- Bake at 350˚F for abotu 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted, then serve wram!
