Happy Friday guys! The weather is starting to get better time to get those BBQ areas ready and get to grilling season! Well unless you live in the Chicago area and it’s been raining like made and you still crave some kind of BBQ flavor even if it is too wet to man the grill all day LMAO!! Here are some BBQ Meatball Sliders that will totally hit the spot. These are a quick and simple recipe that don’t take too much work but the results are freaking AWESOME! Also it wouldn’t take much to tweak these to your tastes. So when you make these make sure to take a picture and post them to my Facebook page.

BBQ Meatball Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Meatballs
- 18 oz. BBQ Sauce
- 25 Slider Rolls
- 5 Bacon Strips Chopped
- 6 Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400˚.
- Place meatballs into pot and cover with full bottle of BBQ sauce.
- Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring so the meatballs are completely coated.
- In separate pan/skillet cook chopped bacon until almost crispy. Add in chopped onions and cook until tender, another 5 minutes or so.
- Place the bottom of the rolls into a prepped baking dish.
- Add meatballs, cheese, bacon/onion mixture, and then top with remaining BBQ sauce from pot meatballs cooking in. Close with bun tops.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes until buns are golden brown.
