Time for a cool little dinner recipe that the whole family will kill. This is a twist on a dinner norm, meatloaf. We are making some BBQ Meatloaf Muffins and going to top them with some creamy sweet potatoes. My wife LOVES looking up different Meatloaf muffins, wether they be beef, turkey what ever she is going to try them. So I have several really good ones and figured I would throw them out there starting with this one. I like these family dinner wise because it is easy with an 8 year old to portion it out in a way she is ok with and doesn’t cause 8 year old drama LMAO!!! Anyway seriously guys you will totally love this one so give it a try, and when you do make sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!
