Big Mac Slider

Man! Made it to the weekend.. this was a ROUGH week lol. Thankfully tomorrow is date night and Sunday is my annual BBQ =). Todays recipe is a cool little slider I know you will fall in love with! Today is The Best Big Mac Slider Recipe you will run into anyway lol. I love burgers and I love sliders so why not get some of the cool flavors of a Big Mac and put it in a loose meat slider. I ended up bringing these to a friend’s house who had a Birthday party and they got KILLED (minus the couple I ate before leaving lol) So go ahead guys if you like a good Big Mac or a great slider this one is one you need. The Best Big Mac Slider Recipe

Total Time 35 minutes
Course Appetizer, Dinner, Lunch

Servings 12 Sliders

Ingredients
  

Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. Dill Relish
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Sliders:

  • 12 Slider Buns
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 6 to 7 American Cheese Slices
  • 24 Pickle Slices
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a pan/skillet heat a little bit of oil, add in your diced onions and allow them to cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add in your beef break up and brown. Once cooked drain and set aside.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Preheat your oven to 350˚. Cut slider buns in half and lay bottom half on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the beef and onion across the bottom buns, next add your cheese slices, the sauce, ketchup, mustard and last pickle.
  • Lay the top of the buns over everything to close it up. Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove sliders from oven and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Place back into the oven for about another 5 minutes and they are ready to serve.
