Sometimes I do pretty straight forward pancakes, sometimes I do healthy ones, some times I do dessert ones… and other times I do just plain fun ones. Well today I am doing a fun pancake that is super easy. We are going to throw down with some Birthday Cake Pancakes! I mean come on if you tell your kids you are making Birthday Cake Pancakes like they aren’t going to come running to totally destroy them! This is a cool, fun little pancake that doesn’t take a whole lot of work or a lot of ingredients you wont have.. or heck ones you mind getting if you don’t already have them, and it ends up being a killer breakfast/dessert anytime treat. I can tell you my daughter Madelyn is totally in love with these for obvious reasons. So go ahead and give them a try I know you will totally love them too.. and when you do make them make sure to take and post them to my Facebook page.
