BLT Naan Flatbread – Crispy, Cheesy & Loaded with Flavor!

This BLT Naan Flatbread takes everything you love about a classic BLT and bakes it into a crispy, cheesy, flavor-packed flatbread! 🥓🍅🥬 Golden naan, melted cheese, crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and a creamy sauce—this is a next-level way to enjoy BLT flavors. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or an easy snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Naan
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Shredded
  • 6 Bacon Sliced Cooked & Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
  • 1 Cup Lettuce Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • 🔥 Preheat & Bake the Naan – Set your oven to 400°F. Place the naan flatbread on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until it starts to turn golden brown.
  • 🥣 Mix Up the Sauce – While the naan is crisping up, mix together sour cream, mayo, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Give it a good stir and set it aside—you’re gonna want this later!
  • 🧀 Time to Load It Up! – Take the naan out of the oven and crank it up to BROIL. Load each flatbread with 1 cup of cheese, then top with sliced tomatoes and crispy bacon. Pop it back in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melty and gooey.
  • 🔥 Broil for the Perfect Finish – Switch your oven to broil and let the flatbread crisp up for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is slightly bubbling.
  • 🥗 Finish & Serve – Place the hot naan on a serving plate, top with shredded lettuce, a drizzle of that creamy sauce, and any leftover tomatoes and bacon.
  • 🍕 Time to Dig In! – Slice it up and enjoy while it’s hot, cheesy, and loaded with flavor!
