While I like soups a lot I also love some great comfort food. So I love taking established soup recipes and twisting them around a little bit so they are fun, comfort food that tastes.. well you know Awesome! lol. One of the things I loved eating all the time was BLTs, yup sometimes nothing beats an amazing BLT Sandwich. So I figured why not find away to make that great little sandwich into a soup. Well here you go a great creamy BLT Soup recipe. This is a cool little, great tasting soup that is a perfect little late fall or winter recipe. Filming it this time I was having a get together with friends, if you check out my Facebook page you can see the whole lay out from that night lol, but this went so fast it was devoured almost in an instant!
