Yay! We made it to Friday. Today I am making a really sweet dinner that everyone will totally love. We are throwing down with a Blue Cheese Steak Potato Skillet. Not only is this an easy dinner it is a super quick dinner. Not a lot of work goes into this one that will find its way into your permanent menu rotation. How to Make a Blue Cheese Steak Potato Skillet
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Butter Divided
- 1 lb. Fingerling Potatoes Cubed
- 1 lb. Sirloin Steak Cubed
- 8 oz. Mushrooms
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Crumble
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Heat cast iron skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and allow to melt. Add Potatoes stirring occasionally cook until they begin to crisp and are golden brown. About 6 minutes, and remove them from the pan.
- Salt and pepper your steak, add 2 more tablespoons of butter and melt. Add the steak into the pan and sear on each side, add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms begin to brown.
- Add the potatoes back in and stir in the Italian seasoning. allowing to cook for another couple of minutes, top with blue cheese crumbles and serve warm.
